The Calyx Institute has not previously been required to file an annual report, but is expected to file its annual report with the New York Attorney General's Charities Bureau by March 31, 2013. After it is filed, a copy of the annual report may be obtained, upon request, from the Institute at the address on our "Contact Info and Directions" page, or from the Charities Bureau, 120 Broadway, 3rd Floor, New York, New York 10271.
